what is differences between oracle 9i, 10g and 11g?

Just curious of mind when someone asking me about the differences between oracle 9i, 10g and 11g? I’m quitely sure that oracle cover all of feature in previous version, but its posible that oracle made some restriction area due to security reason.

Here they are, some feature available in 11g – found in oracle.com forum.
Hopefully it can answer my curiousity..

1.Simplified and improved automatic memory management
2.New fault diagnosability infrastructure to prevent, detect, diagnose, and help
resolve critical database errors
3.Invisible Indexes
4.Virtual columns
5.Enhanced security for password-based authentication by enabling use of mixed
case in passwords.
6.Tablespace-level encryption
7.Ability to online redefine tables that have materialized view logs
8.Be carefull with merge join cartesian explain plan.
9.Access Control List for accessing UTL_MAIL, UTL_SMTP, UTL_HTTP, UTL_TCP etc
